Thunder és el segon llançament de Hip Horns per aquest 2022. Amb "The Dream" la banda va retre homenatge al rap dels 90 amb la col·laboració de la cantant londinenca R.A.E. A "Thunder" continuen amb la fusió de brass band i hip hop, però amb una mirada instrumental i fent referències a artistes de rap contemporanis.

Per a aquesta gravació han comptat amb la trompeta de Miron Rafajlović, un dels referents del jazz al panorama estatal, així com amb la producció de Tito Bonacera i la batería de HOSS$ Benítez un cop més. El groove que s’estableix des del principi —que els més melòmans reconeixeran ràpidament—, junt amb els arranjaments acurats i l’enorme qualitat del solista, fan de Thunder un tema fresc i enèrgic per les pistes de ball.

A part del llançament digital en col·laboració amb el dissenyador gràfic Hermes LeBleu, Thunder sortirà en edició vinil al setembre, editat i distribuït per Rocafort Records i Say it Loud Records. A la cara B, s’inclou el single Marathon Runner, una mostra de les primeres gravacions de la banda que reivindica el so cru de la brass band de carrer.

Thunder es el segundo lanzamiento de Hip Horns en el 2022. Con "The Dream" la banda rindió homenaje al rape de los 90 con la colaboración de la rapera londinense R.A.E. En "Thunder" continúan con la fusión de brass band y hip hop, pero con una mirada instrumental y haciendo referencias a artistas de rap contemporáneos.

Para esta grabación han contado con la trompeta de Miron Rafajlović, uno de los referentes del jazz al panorama estatal, así como con la producción de Tito Bonacera y la batería de HOSS$ Benítez una vez más. El groove que se establece desde el principio —que los más melómanos reconocerán rápidamente—, junto con los arreglos cuidadosos y la enorme calidad del solista, hacen de "Thunder" un tema fresco y enérgico por las pistas de baile.

Aparte del lanzamiento digital en colaboración con el diseñador gráfico Hermes LeBleu, Thunder saldrá en edición vinilo en septiembre de 2022, editado y distribuido por Rocafort Recuerdos y Say it Loud Records. A la cara B se incluye el single Marathon Runner, una muestra de las primeras grabaciones de la banda que reivindica el sonido crudo de la brass band de calle.

Thunder is the second Hip Horns release for this 2022. With "The Dream" the band paid tribute to the 90s's rap with the featuring of London rapper R.A.E. In "Thunder" continuing with the merger of brass band and hip hop, but with an instrumental look and references to contemporary rap artists.

For this recording they have featured Miron Rafajlovi.'s trumpet, one of the references to jazz in the state landscape, as well as Tito Bonacera's production and the beat of HOSS$ Benítez once again. The groove that is established from the beginning—that the most melomans will quickly recognize—along with careful arrangements and the high quality of the soloist, make "Thunder" a fresh and energetic theme for the dance tracks.

Apart from the digital release in collaboration with graphic designer Hermes LeBleu, "Thunder" will be release in 2022 September, edited and distributed by Rocafort Records and Say it Loud Records. On the B-side, it includes the single Marathon Runner, a sample of the band's first recordings claiming the raw sound of street brass band.
