[ENG] Keith LaMar is an innocent man who has spent 30 years in solitary confinement on death row in Ohio for a crime he didn't commit. For years he had been told he would be executed on November 16, 2023. In July, four months before his execution date, the Governor of Ohio issued a reprieve, delaying Keith’s execution until early 2027. Keith wrote a new poem when he got the news about this important victory. Albert Marquès, co-creator with Keith of FREEDOM FIRST, composed a new musical piece called “The Journey” to express Keith's renewed energy and optimism in his fight for freedom. It will be released on November 16th, 2023, the day Ohio had planned to execute him. There is hope!

[CAT] Keith LaMar és un home que ha passat 30 anys en una cel·la d'aïllament al corredor de la mort a Ohio (USA) per un crim que no va cometre. Durant molts anys l’hi han dit que seria executat el 16 de novembre del 2023. Aquest juliol, 4 mesos abans de la data d'execució, el Governador d’Ohio va endarrerir l'execució fins a principis del 2027. En Keith va escriure un nou poema quan va rebre aquesta important notícia. L’Albert Marquès, cocreador amb en Keith de FREEDOM FIRST, ha compost una nova peça musical que han anomenat “The Journey” per expressar l’energia renovada i l’ optimisme que viu el Keith en la seva lluita per ser lliure. El 4 de Julio, cuatro meses antes de su fecha de ejecución, el Gobernador de Ohio anunció que la ejecución se pospondría hasta principios del 2027. Keith escribió un nuevo poema cuando recibió esta buena e importante notícia.
